Tour / 'Advance' Edition - Front Sleeve & Vinyl:
From Discogs: White label pre-release version only available on April 24th, 2004 at "Play Fast or Die" Festival in Section 8 Skate park, Hubbard, Ohio. Comes in photocopied fold over paper sleeve with alternate artwork.

Advance Edition - Back:
Hand-numbered on back of sleeve, but with fake numbering (out of 7,800).

'Japanese Tour' Edition:
Regular version with additional doodles and duct tape.

Ethan: From my understanding, their merch guy made 10 of those covers during the tour and sold them.
Jonah: The Jed Whitey thing is probably a one off/joke either done by Mark Hurst (who played drums on this tour) or Jim Conaboy, our friend who tagged along on the first Japanese tour.

Another 'Japan Tour' Edition Sleeve - Hand crafted parcel tape borders...

Notes:

From ExD Blog post (Nov 06 2004):
Jed Whitey were from Australia. Simon Harvey helped bring this release together. Gord DuFresene of Deranged was able to release it. Jed Whitey played a hardcore fused version of garage punk and they do a Discharge cover on here.
